Man on the Moon is a single page illustration featured in the publication In Truth Stories. It illustrates the western images of the man on the moon, as well as the Japanese image of the rabbit within the face of the moon, pounding mochi.

Man on the Moon is a limited edition (20 item print) single page illustration featured in the publication In Truth Stories. This illustration, featuring the man and rabbit on the moon, each working hard, surrounded by the vast constellations of the night sky, portrays the meeting of two distant cultures in a distant but equally shared moment.
Printed on traditional Japanese washi paper with silver flecks, the series is produced and examined by a Japan based, family run printing house. Each piece is numbered with the limited edition print series and stamped with Jack Brutus Penny's personal signature Japanese style stamp. Each comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Frame
The optional frame is an Italian crafted silver decorative woodenframe that perfectly matches the silver washi paper. Though we strive for environmentally friendly practices, the frames are crafted and shipped directly from Italy. The frame and paper create a cool glistening feel and the decorative designs mirror the humorous nonsense of the world being crafted.
Please note frames are ordered upon purchase and so take time to receive and package to meet our standards. The stock items has been listed as ten unframed and ten framed however is not limited to this (total print series of twenty).
