The Nazo Nazo cypher implements a cryptographic system based on the "Solitaire-Pontifex" cryptographic system described in the novel "Cryptonomicon" by Neal Stephenson. The Solitaire-Pontifex cypher and the Nazo Nazo cypher use a single deck of playing cards to encrypt and decrypt messages. Paul Schneier invented the Solitaire-Pontifex cryptographic system for use in the "Cryptonomicon" novel. You can find a description of the algorithm in an Appendix of "Cryptonomicon" novel, or on Paul Schneier's web site at this URL link which also has links to translations of the description in various languages.
